Your Team at The Verge

Amanda has been working at The Verge for over four years and has been the manager for three. Amanda went to Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. After living in DC and Virginia she settled in North Carolina and has been here for 6 years. Amanda’s favorite thing about working in student housing is meeting all the great people. She says everyday is new and you never know what is going to happen. She swears this is the best job ever!

Jessi moved to North Carolina from Indiana five years ago. She has been the assistant manager for two years and has been at The Verge for three. Jessi can remember anyone’s name and even apartment number, which is kinda crazy! But, she will always welcome you to the office by name when you stop by. When not working Jessi is haning out with her two dogs, and playing Wii.

Tremayne is a Durham, NC native who is a graduate of UNC Greensboro. After living in several cities around the country for a number of years, he’s happy to be back home on Tobacco Road. In his spare time, Tremayne enjoys working out, playing tennis, and walking 18 holes on a golf course. Tremayne has been in the leasing industry for 4 years and says the most rewarding part of his job is helping a resident make living at the Verge a positive experience. James has been in the apartment business for 6 years. He has been the Maintenance Supervisor at The Verge for 2 years. James prides himself on being able to get maintenance issues taken care of quickly and right the first time. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his family. Unfortunately James is a Duke fan, but we try not to hold that against him so every time the Heels win make sure to tell James, “Good Game!”

Gary has been in maintenance almost his whole life. If you want something fixed Gary is your man! Gary is originally from Ohio but has called North Carolina home for 20 years. Gary likes to spend his free time with his family, working in his garden and fishing.
