Unbeknownst to orange juice drinkers (myself included) the vitamins in orange juice expire much quicker than the expiration date on the package. Once opened, the juice provides nutritional vitamins for only a week. Orange juice isn't the only liquid losing its vitamins, green tea, olive oil, and honey also lose nutritional value over time.
